What method does the equipment use to heat the film?
It adopts far-infrared upper and lower heating method. The upper layer is heated by far-infrared ceramic, and the lower layer is heated by far-infrared aluminum plate to ensure uniform heating.

How to solve the problem of uneven heating?
Our equipment uses multiple ceramic heaters that can control the temperature individually so that each film can be heated evenly.

Are there any other necessary additions to the device?
We include at least two high-pressure gas cylinders in the equipment (depending on the model). In addition, this machine needs to be used with an air compressor.

There have three stage in training.
Before shipment: one week of shipment training during pre-acceptance.
During shipment: a set of spare parts is included with the shipment for temporary replacement.
After shipment: factory installation and one week of operation training.
